AERIAL YOGA space will be limited and first come first serve! We ask that students arrive 10-15 minutes early to get checked in.
SOCIAL HOUR will be an opportunity to enjoy refreshments, get to know the instructors, take advantage of all of the awesome deals, and enjoy a flat out good time!
CANDLELIT YOGA will be how we end the evening! We will slow things down, unite in a grounded, hatha yoga flow.
